- Warm-Up (Games and videos in the Fellowship Hall)
- Council Time (Flag ceremony, worship, bible stories in the Tree House)
- Game Time (Circle games in the Gym)*
- Handbook Time (Scripture Memory in class rooms)*
- Closing (Hand out awards in the Fellowship Hall)*
- *Cubbies primarily takes place in the Preschool room with minimal transitions
